Course Description
12 to 18 years old
A 5-day pastry workshop designed for young pastry chefs who love creativity and all things sweet. Students will whisk, wander, and discover the art of pastry-making—learning essential techniques from mixing and whipping to decorating and finishing.
What they’ll cook
Across the workshop, participants will prepare and enjoy a delightful selection of treats:
- Matcha Choux / Chocolate Éclair – elegant pastries with a modern twist
- Madeleines – the classic French sponge delicacy
- Brownies & Cookies – chewy, fudgy, and irresistible favorites
- Chocolate Mousse in the Jar – rich, creamy indulgence in a playful presentation
By the end of the course, students will have sharpened their culinary skills, gained confidence in the kitchen, and discovered the joy of creating delicious meals from scratch.
