Course Description
12 to 18 years old
A 5-day culinary workshop designed for teens eager to explore the art of cooking savory classics. Students will roll up their sleeves and dive into hands-on kitchen experiences—learning essential techniques from chopping and sautéing to layering flavors and plating dishes.
What they’ll cook
Across the workshop, participants will prepare and enjoy a variety of iconic recipes:
- Croque Monsieur/Madame – the French café favorite
- Pizza Margherita – a timeless Italian classic
- Country-Style Chicken Sandwich – hearty and comforting
- Crêpe Suzette – a sweet French indulgence
- Italian Chopped Salad – fresh, crisp, and flavorful
By the end of the course, students will have sharpened their culinary skills, gained confidence in the kitchen, and discovered the joy of creating delicious meals from scratch.
