Course Description

10 to 19 years old

A 3-day pastry workshop designed for young pastry chefs who love creativity and all things sweet. Students will craft beautifully designed desserts while learning fundamental pastry skills—from mixing and whipping to decorating and finishing.

Theme: “Hearts, Berries & Sweet Creations”
