The Project Management Professional (PMP®) Exam Prep Course and Certification is PMI’s advanced, expert-level credential, recognized globally as the gold standard for project leadership. This certification demonstrates an individual’s capacity to successfully direct initiatives across diverse organizations and industries, thereby enhancing their professional credibility and competitive advantage. Fully aligned with the Eighth Edition of the PMBOK® Guide, this prep course is designed to equip learners with a proven, practical body of knowledge and skills required to achieve operational excellence. Participants will apply generally recognized project management practices endorsed by PMI to manage projects effectively from initiation to completion.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to:

Learning Format: Instructor-led Learning (HyFlex)
The PMP Class is delivered through 35-hour instructor-led HyFlex (Hybrid-Flexible) training sessions delivered over 7 weeks, held every Saturday, supplemented by asynchronous learning via an LMS platform. This is followed by a mock exam, a review session, and a final mock exam to help ensure participants are fully prepared for the certification exam.

Project Management Programs Lead Instructor
Carlo Antonio Cruz, a highly qualified professional, boasts a strong academic foundation, including a Master of Science in Information Technology from Ateneo de Manila University (2000-2003) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in Information Technology from De La Salle University (1994-1998). Presently serving as the Program Lead at Globe Telecom, Carlo has excelled in roles as a Project Manager and Senior Consultant, showcasing exceptional project management skills. His dedication to professional growth is evident through certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (Kimberly-Clark, May 2015) and Project Management Professional (PMBOK 3rd Ed., obtained in December 2007). Additionally, he has completed courses in Leadership Essentials, Managing Projects and Stakeholders, Effective Presentation Skills, and Business Writing (Kimberly-Clark, November 2014), as well as the Mid-Level Management Program (ACS of the Philippines, October 2009). Engr. Harold De Chavez, PMP®
Harold De Chavez is a seasoned Project Manager with over a decade of experience leading IT projects, specializing in infrastructure, cloud and cybersecurity initiatives. He holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology, where he successfully passed the board exam, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Currently serving as an IT Project Manager at WTW, Harold manages global projects focused on cloud and cybersecurity. His expertise lies in delivering complex, large-scale technology solutions that enhance organizational resilience and efficiency. With a strong foundation in engineering and project management, Harold has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive innovation and ensure successful project outcomes.
Beyond his technical and managerial skills, Harold is recognized for his commitment to excellence and his ability to navigate the challenges of global IT projects. His career reflects a dedication to advancing secure, scalable, and future-ready infrastructure solutions.

Stephen John Gonzales, RN, PMP®
Stephen John Gonzales is a healthcare professional and Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He brings over 10 years of experience in Operations Management and more than 9 years of experience in Project Management.
He specializes in managing solution design for new and prospective clients across APAC service delivery, defining strategic operating models, and leading project management and implementation initiatives that bring solutions from concept to execution. He is also a member and volunteer of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Philippines Chapter.
Stephen John is a Registered Nurse, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified professional, and PMP®-certified project management professional.
