Course Description
WSET’s Level 2 Award in Wines is a beginner- to intermediate-level qualification that explores wines, making it suitable for industry professionals and wine enthusiasts.
This qualification is designed for individuals who are beginners and wish to learn about a wide range of wines, as well as those who want to further develop their knowledge after completing the introductory WSET Level 1 Award in Wines. By undertaking this course, you will acquire knowledge about the principal and regionally significant grape varieties worldwide, the regions where they are cultivated, and the wine styles they produce. Through a combination of tasting and theory, you will delve into the factors that influence wine style and quality, and develop the ability to confidently describe these wines.
