Course Description
Enderun Extension, in partnership with the Project Management Institute (PMI), offers the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) qualification. This is PMI’s entry-level project management certification for project managers worldwide. The CAPM® certification indicates knowledge of the principles and terminology within A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) Sixth Edition, which outlines generally recognized best practices in project management.
Open Enrollment
Learners have the liberty to choose when to start treading their project management learning journey. The door to enrollment is open whole year round.
Asynchronous Learning
Students study the modules and other learning materials on Matrix Learning Management System (LMS) at their own pace within 6 months.
Synchronous Session
The CAPM® class has 3 synchronous sessions which are held on Saturdays. Each online class will be held via Zoom for an hour. It is the students responsibility to reach out to the instructor and catch up with any missed sessions.
Mentorship
1 hour/student via Zoom
The mentorship program allows learners to receive reviews and recommendations regarding their projects (i.e, project charter, kickoff deck, and project management plan). It will also be an avenue where they can comfortably seek advice regarding challenges at their workplace and career advancement and learn best practices in managing projects.
The mentor’s schedule for a one-on-one session will be posted on Matrix. Student will choose a date and time based on the availability of the mentor. Then, a confirmation email will be sent. The student is expected to meet his/her mentor as scheduled. Should there be any cancellation, the student must notify via email.
