CHEF GABRIEL “GATO” ONG Chef Gabriel Ong graduated summa cum laude with a degree in International Hospitality Management – Specialization in Culinary Arts from Enderun Colleges. He has worked at two-Michelin-star restaurants, like Alan Ducasse at Morpheus in City of Dreams Macau and Amber Restaurant at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong. Currently, he is Head Chef at the Tasteless Food Group Manila.
