Shifting demographics and changing lifestyles are driving the surge in food service businesses. Starting a venture in the food service industry may look promising, but there is no guarantee in the business. Even the most successful restaurateurs will tell you that this is no easy feat. It is a dynamic and competitive business environment that presents challenges every day.
To help aspiring restaurateurs get started, Enderun Colleges created the Restaurant Entrepreneurship Management Program; an intensive 6-week boot camp that will give students access to worthwhile business discourse moderated by successful restaurateurs and business management gurus such as Adrian Dimacali of Mary Grace, Kevin Te of Dan Bao and Frankie’s, Sandy Daza of Wooden Spoon and Cyril Addison of Manila House Private Club to name a few.
The program officially begins on July 4, 2017. A four-course intimate dinner was hosted by Enderun Colleges’ Restaurant 101 last June 8, 2017. Select media guests together with the mentors and speakers shared their views on making a name in the food service industry.
The Restaurant Entrepreneurship Management Program is available at Enderun Colleges in McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. For more information, visit https://www.enderunextension.com/class/restaurant-entrepreneurship-management-program-fort/, or call 856 5000 loc. 525.
