Chef William Groult
Navigating through the vibrant kitchens of École Ducasse, Groult refined his skills and played a pivotal role in launching the École Ducasse Paris Studio with Chef Romain Corbières. His culinary adventures further unfolded across various Ducasse Paris Group establishments, including “Le Relais du Parc” and “Aux Lyonnais,” and during a significant tenure at “Rech*” alongside renowned chefs.
In 2014, Groult, with a steadfast commitment to culinary education, returned to École Ducasse as a Senior Instructor Chef/Consultant. His dedication and expertise culminated in his appointment as the Head of Pedagogy for the training programs at École Ducasse Paris Campus in 2021.
